Shawn Bosler took the keys to Alex Sudul's franchise — more than a decade sailing as the Poop Ship Destroyer — and immediately did the responsible thing: named himself the new guy before anyone else could. Year one went 3–11, which in dynasty terms is called “accumulating draft capital.” He kept just five players heading into 2026, so the rebuild is officially on, and the league is watching with the warmth reserved for someone who hasn't beaten them yet.
